  • It’s not enough to just plan on eating part of a dish.  The overall size of the portion actually influences how much of it you eat before you think you’re full. 
  • Making simple environmental changes can help.  Simple steps make a real difference, like boxing up food into a take-away box before starting, instead of just boxing up what’s left.
